Degreed Tester - Direct Hire

We are seeking a Degreed Tester to join a great manufacturing team. This person will perform final tests on all products and ensure quality of products. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

Job Title: Degreed Tester

Location: Appleton, WI

Pay Range: $28.90 - $39.10

Shift: 2pm to 12am

What's the Job?

• Perform final tests for all products following written procedures.
• Conduct high voltage tests and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Order materials and parts as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Train and mentor other team members to foster a collaborative environment.
• Apply general operating principles within the manufacturing area.

What's Needed?

• Associates degree in Electromechanical, Electronics Technology, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand circuit and wiring diagrams.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of basic electricity.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as required.
