Commercial Lines Account Manager - Insurance - North Hollywood, CA

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of commercial lines account management experience within a retail brokerage or independent insurance agency environment
• Active Property & Casualty license
• Knowledge of insurance coverages, products, and agency protocols
• Experience managing commercial insurance accounts, encompassing client needs, policy alterations, and claims processing

The Position:

• Cultivate strong relationships and deliver an exceptional client experience
• Facilitate the submission process by preparing applications with underwriting information supplied by the producer
• Proactively engage with markets to obtain quotations and promptly issue auto identification cards
• Develop comprehensive proposal booklets as guided by the Account Executive
• Conduct thorough reviews to identify and reconcile any discrepancies among submissions, quotations, and proposals
• Implement necessary adjustments to proposals and quotations based on client meetings with the producer
• Collaborate with Producers to furnish insurance binders and secure client approval for sign-off
• Verify policies against original submissions, quotations, and proposals for accuracy
• Cross-reference endorsements with Account Executive requests
