Warehouse / Maintenance Supervisor – Mechanic (Shell Contractor, Concrete)

Miami, FL | $40–$50 per hour

Allegiance Construction is currently hiring on behalf of a respected Shell Contractor specializing in concrete construction. We are looking for a Warehouse / Maintenance Supervisor who brings both leadership skills and mechanical expertise to the role. This is a hands-on position that requires strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and proven experience with machinery and equipment maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse and yard operations
• Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and inventory to support field crews
• Operate machinery such as forklifts, scissor lifts, and backhoes when needed
• Transport equipment and materials safely between job sites
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on vehicles, machinery, and job site equipment
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure all equipment remains in safe working order
• Handle general mechanical repairs, including oil changes, brake and tire replacements, tune-ups, and fluid checks
• Maintain accurate service logs and report safety concerns promptly
• Keep the warehouse and yard clean, secure, and organized
• Ensure tools and equipment remain job-ready at all times
• Use inventory management software to track and manage stock levels
• Assist with additional duties as directed by the General Manager

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Hands-on experience with vehicle and equipment mechanics
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
• Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and company standards
• Comfort using inventory management systems

• 5 vacation days annually, increasing to 20 days after 4 years (accrual begins day one; available after 3 months)
