Title: Tax Manager Location: Atlanta, GA Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 base salary Bonus: 20% bonus potential In this position, you will support the Vice President of Tax in a range of tax functions at this over $10B company. Some highlights include: Supervise 3 tax staff and seniors who prepare the federal and state compliance. Manage the federal return process, then later the quarterly and annual provisions. Assist the VP on tax planning projects. Some initial projects will include accounting method reviews, acquisition analysis, and a legal entity consolidation project. Oversee bringing the federal tax provision back in-house over the next 2 years. Learn then assist the VP with international tax and transfer pricing issues. Assist in federal and state audit defense.
