We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $178,000-$265,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google . **Responsibilities:** + Lead the visual design direction for the AI-powered support surfaces, including our multi-modal AI agent and agent-assistive tools. + Develop a comprehensive visual design language and component library for AI-driven support experiences, ensuring consistency, quality, and brand alignment across all touch points. + Partner with UX designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to translate complex AI capabilities (like automated troubleshooting and optimization) into visually engaging user interfaces. + Advocate for visual craft and execution across the team. Mentor other designers and use the passion for design to inspire and motivate the organization. + Conceptualize and prototype novel visual and motion design patterns for conversational UI, data visualization, and agentic interactions that make our AI feel intelligent, transparent, and approachable.
