Job/Practice Description:
- Sleep Medicine Physician
- Location: Findlay, OH (1.5hrs from Detroit)
- 100% Clinical and Outpatient Only
- Monday-Friday, no weekends or evenings
- 8am - 4pm M-Th. 8am - 12pm on Fri.
- Flexible schedule and workweek, option of extended morning or evening hours
- Up to 10% telehealth virtual patient visits
- 1:2 office phone call only
- 16hrs sleep study reading, 20hrs patient contact, 4hrs admin
- Reading 15-20 sleep studies per week
- Typical Clinic Patient Volume: 13 per day
- Support staff: APRN, Nurse, and an MA

Profile Background:
- Board Certified / Board Eligible Sleep Medicine
