Position Description:

The Briar Team, Central Florida's top family-owned Site Development Construction company, is looking for hard-working, experienced, and reliable Punch Out Foremen for immediate hire with excellent pay and benefits, performance bonuses, profit sharing, generous paid time off and yearly loyalty bonuses, in addition to training and opportunities for growth.

As a Punch Foreman, you will provide support in a variety of construction projects. To be successful in this position, you must work well as the leader of a team, be able to train and instruct new crew members in their individual tasks, enjoy working outdoors, and be able to perform strenuous physical tasks.

Punchout Foreman Responsibilities:

1. Pouring valve pads
2. Cleaning & Painting sanitary manholes
3. Touching up mud work in storm boxes
4. Setting meter boxes
5. Installing blow offs
6. Assisting your crew in their daily labor tasks.
7. Preparing construction sites, materials, and tools.
8. Loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment.
9. Removing debris, garbage, and dangerous materials from site.
10. Assembling and breaking down barricades and temporary structures.
11. Regulating traffic and erecting traffic signs.
12. Digging holes, trenches, and shafts.
13. Mixing, pouring, and leveling concrete.
14. Using power tools such as concrete saws and jackhammers.
15. Following health and safety regulations.

Job Type: Salaried Full Time

$27.50-$33. Wage could be more based on experience

Expected hours: 40 55 per week

Schedule:

1. Monday - Friday. Saturdays on an as-needed basis. 6:45am-4:45pm
2. No overnights or over the road travel. No per diem pay.
3. Jobsite Range: Palm Coast, FL to St Cloud, FL
4. Year-round work
