Hi-Vac Corporation, a leading manufacturer of industrial vacuum equipment, is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales operations team. Position Overview:

The Inside Sales Representative provides critical commercial and administrative support to our Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) , ACE Dealer Sales , and rental operations teams. You’ll play a key role in lead qualification, quoting, sales documentation, and customer communication to ensure a smooth, professional experience from initial inquiry through order placement.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys collaborating across teams, thrives in a fast-paced technical environment, and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely sales support.

What You’ll Do:

Lead Development & Opportunity Management

• Qualify and manage inbound and outbound leads for RSMs and dealer sales
• Conduct proactive outreach to promote Hi-Vac products and ACE rentals
• Maintain detailed records and activity logs in Salesforce CRM

Quoting & Sales Support

• Prepare accurate equipment quotes and confirm specs, pricing, and lead times
• Follow up on outstanding quotes to convert opportunities into orders
• Support RSMs and dealers with timely, professional sales documentation

Coordination & Process Alignment

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Scheduling, Production, and Rental Ops
• Assist in backlog and order management, ensuring smooth handoffs and delivery timelines

Customer & Dealer Communication

• Act as a key point of contact for customer and dealer inquiries
• Deliver responsive, knowledgeable service that reflects Hi-Vac’s commitment to quality

What You Bring:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years in inside sales, lead development, or customer service (industrial/capital equipment experience a plus)
• Solid understanding of technical products and equipment configuration
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
