The Opportunity

We are seeking a Human Resources / General Affairs (HR/GA) Assistant to support a wide range of HR and operational initiatives. This is a hands-on, multi-functional role suited for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and takes pride in being reliable and effective for employees, suppliers, and customers alike.

This role reports directly to the HR/GA Manager and works closely with leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support across all HR functions , including onboarding, employee relations, safety & health management, and general HR administration.
  • Manage General Affairs programs such as:
  • Uniform program
  • Cleaning and landscape vendor coordination
  • Security and safety systems
  • Cell phone and company vehicle programs
  • Visitor and guest processes
  • Employee recognition initiatives (Employee of the Month, anniversaries, company celebrations)
  • Oversee vendor relationships and invoice processing.
  • Maintain strong communication with employees across all shifts to ensure consistency and support.
  • Embrace a team-first approach : no task too big or too small, with a strong sense of ownership and pride.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of administrative experience within a plant or manufacturing environment (small to mid-sized).
  • Stable work history showing reliability and commitment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a professional, respectful, and collaborative attitude .
  • Ability to work a standard 40-hour on-site schedule, with flexibility to be available on weekends/holidays if needed.
