Description:
The Prepared Foods – Front of House (FOH) Team Member supports the daily operations of the Prepared Foods Department by delivering exceptional retail Customer Service and ensuring the department remains clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing. This role is responsible for preparing and replenishing the showcase, creating fresh sandwiches and pizzas, and maintaining product rotation and quality standards. FOH Team Members work closely with leadership and fellow team members to provide a premium retail Customer experience in a fast-paced, food-focused environment.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and product presentation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical ability to stand and walk for up to 4 hours without a break.
Ability to bend and stoop to grasp objects, climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted, and push/pull carts weighing up to 100 lbs. unassisted.
What you will do:
Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to all Customers in the Prepared Foods Department.
Prepare and replenish the Prepared Foods showcase with fresh, properly rotated items.
Assemble sandwiches and pizzas following established recipes and presentation standards.
Ensure displays are clean, full, and visually appealing throughout the day.
Follow proper rotation, labeling, and food safety guidelines.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with general departmental cleaning.
Communicate clearly with Customers, Team Members, Store Leadership, and the Director Group.
Support fellow Team Members in daily operations and guest interactions.
Adhere to all Plum Market policies, safety procedures, and standard operating practices.
