We specialize in custom floral design for weddings, luxury events, corporate installations, and daily arrangements that exceed expectations. We’re seeking a High-End Floral Designer with artistic vision, technical skill, and a passion for creating unforgettable floral moments.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Floral Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for a variety of events, occasions, as well as recurring orders in Luxury spaces throughout Baltimore as well as into Washington DC. Your creativity and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality products and services. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all orders are completed to the satisfaction of our clients.
What You’ll Do:
Design exquisite, on-brand floral arrangements for events, corporate clients, and daily orders
Collaborate with clients, event planners, and our in-house sales team to bring floral concepts to life
Contribute to design innovation and trend forecasting within the company
Lead by example and support junior designers and freelancers as needed
Who You Are:
A seasoned floral designer with 3+ years of experience in luxury floral design (preferably in events or high-end retail)
Portfolio demonstrates advanced design skills, refined taste, and versatility
Strong understanding of color theory, mechanics, and botanical materials
Excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Valid driver’s license preferred
