1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants Direct message the job poster from JCW Group We’re looking for an experienced, driven Claims Specialist to manage and resolve high-exposure Financial Lines claims across Public/Private D&O, E&O, EPL, Fiduciary, and Crime/Fidelity portfolios. What You'll Do: Own complex claims from first notice to resolution, ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory standards. Analyze policies, assess coverage, evaluate exposure, and work closely with counsel when necessary. Partner with underwriting, actuary, and reinsurers to communicate key claim developments and trends. Attend mediations, manage litigation budgets, and represent claims interests in client/broker meetings. Help shape future policy language by sharing claim insights and trends.
