Are you bilingual? If so, your linguistic proficiency is used to improve Agency communication and build relationships with a diverse clientele, ensuring accessibility and service. The successful candidate will play a critical role in bridging language barriers and contributing to the Agency's success.

Our performance-based compensation system rewards the your hard work and dedication, ensuring you are recognized and compensated for your contributions. Base Pay ranges from $58,000 - $65,000 year; in addition we offer policy bonuses and shared Agency's production bonuses.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers to understand their insurance needs and provide customized recommendations.
• Educate clients on policy options, coverage details, and available discounts.
• Provide accurate quotes and assist clients with the application process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes affecting the insurance industry.

Requirements:

• Active Idaho Property & Casualty & Life Insurance License.
• Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field.
• Bilingual communication and interpersonal skills is preferred, not required
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Great organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with insurance CMS.
