What You'll Do:

As an Agent Apprentice, you'll be actively involved in various aspects of a Farmers Insurance agency, including:

• Learning and understanding a wide range of insurance products (auto, home, life, business, etc.).

• Assisting with client outreach, lead generation, and sales activities.

• Providing exceptional customer service and support to existing policyholders.

• Developing strong relationships with clients and understanding their needs.

• Mastering agency operations, including quoting, policy management, and compliance.
