About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President - Finance to provide strategic and visionary leadership in the oversight of financial management and growth initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing financial and operational strategies that enhance business performance and align with the company's long-term vision. This role requires a leader with extensive financial expertise, particularly in transactional financing and comprehensive financial due diligence in acquisitions, to drive operational efficiency, enhance financial performance, and ensure alignment with corporate strategy. The Executive Vice President - Finance will also be tasked with leading both accounting and key non-accounting teams, driving cross-functional collaboration, and fostering a culture of innovation across the organization. Applicants for the Executive Vice President - Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, with an MBA or CPA preferred. A minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience, with a strong track record in both finance and operations, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead and scale multi-business operations in a high-growth environment, as well as strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
