Position Overview/Responsibilities For The Creative Coordinator Provides support in maintaining and assigning the Creative Team's workload and schedules Coordinates and onboards freelancer set-ups and invoicing with accounting and legal Prepares tech packs and design files for print and production across our client's extensive roster in Tour, Retail, and eComm Collaborates with Creative Leads on project prep tasks such as researching artists, pulling product templates, and sourcing products This is a 1-year contract with potential for extension or conversion Required Skills For Creative Coordinator 4+ years of relevant experience in an office environment Strong proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, Apple products, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management systems Experience with various forms of print and pre-production process, including screen printing four-color and digital Exceptional written, listening, and verbal communication skills Excellent organization, time management skills, and systems thinking What’s in it for you?
