Commercial Lines Account Manager - Insurance - Fresno, CA

What We're Looking For:

• Proven Experience: A minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager.
• License: An active Property & Casualty license is required.
• Technological Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise with Applied EPIC, MS Office, Outlook, various carrier websites, and other relevant software systems crucial for the role.
• Account Management: Experience managing a diverse book of business, ideally focusing on small to medium-sized accounts.

Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with producers and administrative support teams to ensure cohesive client service and operational efficiency.
• Provide expert assistance and strategic guidance to clients regarding new and renewal business, as well as policy modifications, ensuring their evolving needs are met.
• Conduct thorough policy reviews and expertly process transactions, maintaining client and company records with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Execute timely follow-ups and diligently manage updates on cancellation requests, consistently striving for superior client satisfaction.
