Salary: $150,000 - $190,000 per year About Us: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CFO to join our growing team in the Non-Profit Industry. The successful candidate will play a critical role in strategic decision-making and operations related to budget management, cost-benefit analysis, forecasting, securing new funding, and financial reporting. You will be responsible for managing all financial actions of the organization, establishing credibility, and becoming a trusted business partner with the senior leadership team. The CFO oversees a team and manages all aspects of accounting, finance, budgeting, and contracts. The role involves collaboration on financial planning, supporting program leadership, and maintaining relationships with funding agencies and vendors. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required; CPA or MBA preferred; minimum 5 years in a relevant senior leadership role Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory compliance, with proven ability to manage complex organizational accounting, finance, and administrative functions Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting, with a track record of setting priorities, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and sound decision-making Deep understanding of nonprofit financial management, including government contracts, grants, and third-party billing Proven leadership and team development skills Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities Technologically savvy, with experience overseeing technology staff and leveraging technology for efficiency Interested in hearing more?
